I wish I read some of the negative reviews before arriving at my appointment. I conversed back and forth about a specific vehicle for a few days. I expected to walk in , pay cash, knowing that there were tax, tag, title service fee, etc, write a check, and walk out. Unfortunately, it did not begin this way.
