Brought in my 2018 WRX with some intermittent issues that became very difficult to pin down. After some service the problem still persisted as I could not leave my car there too long to find the issue. Brad became very difficult to pin down. Brad Rush was extremely helpful and offered to reschedule a time to leave my car longer term under the same diagnostic repair. Really liked the follow through to try to solve the issues while taking into account my circumstances. More

Came in for a battery replacement on an 8 year old outback. With "diagnostics" labor, and new battery the bill came to over $900. I feel like I got ripped off. Came in for a cash deal. Literally took 4 hours from the time I agreed on a price to the time I walked into the finance Mgr’s office to deliver my check. Inexcusable. Being charged $308 for a diagnostic to determine nothing was wrong with my car feels like extortion. I understand you’re running a business, but to instill fear in me that I’ll irreparably damage my vehicle was wrong with my car feels like extortion.
