I have bought so many vehicles from Lundgren's I can't even remember them all. I always have had an easy time trying to get the best of them. That does not happen. I keep going back to them because of how even remember them all. I always have had an easy time trying to get the best of them. That does not happen. I keep going back to them because of how they treat me. A+++ Always helpful. The service dept. has always been first class. They do not always get the problem fixed the first time but, they will work on it until they do. I have always gotten a loaner if needed. Bruce Lundgren has gone so far as to pay me money out of his personal wallet when I had an issue with Ford Corp. in regard to the warranty and the EXTENDED WARRANTY. That is why I go back to Lundgren's for new vehicles and service. I bought my first car from them in 1971. It was yellow for a good reason ( not Lundgren's fault ). Naturally, I have had a few issues over the years and all have been resolved to my satisfaction. They know me when I walk in, someone usually says " Hi or something like that ". What more can a person ask for. They value me and want me to come back to buy another Ford. I recommend them and hope they treat everyone the same as they treat me. More
