Initially I was concerned the first time I needed to call for service. My call was dropped and then it just rang and rang. I'm guessing between the time I got my car til now the number changed. The dealershi for service. My call was dropped and then it just rang and rang. I'm guessing between the time I got my car til now the number changed. The dealership as a whole is converting from Nissan to Hyundai so I was already on alert by the time I finally talked to someone. Jordan was super patient with my mini rant then proceeded to be professional and attentive in asking about my concerns. I made the appt and dropped my car off and he explained what would happen and when they'd contact me with what's next. He got me a car ride home while I waited. Unfortunately my car had to stay there a few days to be looked at more in depth. I was provided a loaner and another update on when to expect to hear back. He always contacted me on the day he said he would. He's been super easy to work with and I feel like my car is in good hands. I did get my car back after a week, had a fun weekend and unfortunately it went back in today. Since Jordan worked with me once before, maybe because it's the same issue I ended up back with him again. Very professional, friendly and communicative. So far my overall experience at Vallejo Hyundai has been 5 stars everytime :D More
