Florida Fine Cars provides every customer with a Carfax and Autocheck report detailing the vehicle’s history, ensuring transparency at every step. Additionally, every customer is welcome to have any vehicle pre-inspected by an independent mechanic before purchase for added peace of mind. In your case, the 2021 Mercedes GLE 53 AMG was purchased approximately three months ago. At the time of sale, no issues or concerns were reported, and the vehicle was delivered as described. All vehicles at Florida Fine Cars are sold AS IS, as clearly outlined in the signed sales agreement, which was reviewed and agreed upon by you before completing the transaction. We understand how frustrating it can be when unexpected mechanical issues arise, especially after a vehicle has left our lot. However, implying that you were “scammed” or that the vehicle was misrepresented is both incorrect and unfair. We stand by our transparent process and signed documentation, which reflects that all disclosures and vehicle details were made available prior to your purchase.
