Poor communication. Had 11AM appointment. Service advisor never acknowledged me waiting in the showroom. After texting him that I was waiting there he still never came t Had 11AM appointment. Service advisor never acknowledged me waiting in the showroom. After texting him that I was waiting there he still never came to me to let me know the status. After 1.5 hours my car was completed. There needs to be better clarity as to the process. I did like that my car was washed though. More

Left my car for service in the morning. Received one text suggesting repairs and when I replied...I received no response. Then I tried reaching service and the manager from 2:30 until I Received one text suggesting repairs and when I replied...I received no response.
