On August 5, we visited Mac Haik Chevrolet in Katy to look for a truck, specifically a 2025 Chevy Silverado. We were assisted by Abel Sixto, who had previously helped us in November 2024 to find a 2025 M look for a truck, specifically a 2025 Chevy Silverado. We were assisted by Abel Sixto, who had previously helped us in November 2024 to find a 2025 Malibu. Abel found us exactly what we were looking for back then—color and all—and we are still thrilled with that car! During this new visit, Abel showed us the excellent variety of vehicles available for trade-in and helped us find the exact truck we wanted. Since it was late and we were with our granddaughter, who is under two years old, we decided to return the next day to finalize the deal. The following day, Abel was unavailable, but we were assisted by Jorge Sánchez, who was equally professional and helpful. He confirmed that the truck we wanted was ready, and it was indeed perfect. We also want to acknowledge Freddy, the manager, who was attentive and supportive throughout the entire process. Overall, our experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet was outstanding. Not once, did he try and use scripted "sales tactics" to "close another deal" , he was genuine and eager to help me find what I was looking for, while making suggestions as we navigated through the sales process. Im coming back to buy another truck, just because of Jorge. On the finance side, it wasnt a pushy experience to try and get me to buy something I didnt want or need, honestly this whole experience was awesome! Will be coming back to buy at Mac Haik. All other chevy dealers have been trash in my experience. More
