Came to Tamiami Hyundai after Fort Myers Hyundai failed us miserably twice. Tamiami Hyundai first class service department immediately greeted and checked in. Josh and Jorge were amazing, tending to all us miserably twice. Tamiami Hyundai first class service department immediately greeted and checked in. Josh and Jorge were amazing, tending to all needs and not trying to upsell unnecessary services or product, so refreshing! Even though we will now have to drive an hour for service we will do it as we know we will be taken care of. We will also purchase our future cars from this dealership, love this place! More

I wish that a 8:30 appointment means you’re going to be one of the firsy cars in and then out, but they said they needed the car all day just to diagnose the problem. It’s a pleasure to work with Jorge. He is professional and knowledgeable. His communication is fast and efficient. Regarding service technician - I did not have a good experience, h He is professional and knowledgeable. His communication is fast and efficient. Regarding service technician - I did not have a good experience, he left oil stains on my interior including headliner, drivers door and a steering wheel as well as exterior which is a pain to remove as well. I own multiple vehicle brands and never had tech staining my car. More
