Let me start with our dealer Jose showed us a car that had a rip in the seat and when I said I wasn’t interested because I have children and that would be hard to keep them from not messing with it, with had a rip in the seat and when I said I wasn’t interested because I have children and that would be hard to keep them from not messing with it, with out even knowing their ages, he told me I could “borrow his belt”. Like WHAT THEEEEEEEEEEEE Found a car I like and With in 30 mins of driving to my house an engine light came on. I tried to call the person who handled our car sale but he was busy so they sent me to someone else. Long story short we let the car run for awhile and the light went off, weird but who knew how long the car sat. Fast forward to later in the day. The air stopped working. I called to talk to our car dealer yet again, and he was not av so left a message. This is the third call of the day all in which never speaking with him. Annoyed but thinking I’ll get a call first thing in the morning. Well.. morning comes along, and no call, I’m in the line for a coffee and my car starts sending all sorts of lights and shaking, I have to leave the line and quickly head home so I’m not stranded my whole car is shaking and my check engine light is on. I call and yet again the dealer is busy so we get the manager who apologized but said he promised to take care of it. That was at 10 am. 1 pm comes and I feel at this point it’s appropriate to call back and which he acts socked no one has called me. He asked me to drive my car ( the one already acting funny) 😄 to the dealership to pick up a loaner. Car is still in the shop. The literal only reason for 3 stars is because the shop manager was so kind and helpful and made me feel like my feelings were valid for being mad that with in 24 hours I am no longer in my car I bought. This man was wonderful and deserves to be where he is so shout out to him! And the dealer has yet to once talk to me since. More
