We met John the manager, and he too made himself available if we had any questions or special requests. We wanted new tires on the car we were buying in order to handle all weather conditions. John worked with us, we got brand new tires installed at the dealership, and they worked with us on price to make the deal good for us. We got a great deal on a great car, and the warranty we purchased, assuming it is all true, covers everything except maintenance for 5 years. NO HIDDEN FEES AT ALL, VERY CLEAR PRICING. Everyone we encountered there was wonderful, I would go there again and highly recommend to people I know. More

He was patient with all of my questions and did everything in his power to make my experience at Rivera Honda a memorable one. He was very confident that I would drive out of there that day with my dream truck. Another star employee was Covene. Wow. She was so professional, so lovely and caring. She also went above and beyond to help me that day. Jose and Covene should be recognized for how well they work together. Going to a dealership always makes me a little apprehensive.
