Even though they didn't have the car on the lot, Andrew was very helpful in setti Going into Malouf, I had a certain type of car with options in mind. Even though they didn't have the car on the lot, Andrew was very helpful in setting up the paper work, and working with Joe to help find the car I wanted with the best price possible. They were upfront with everything, and didn't try to play tricks or hide information. They found the car for me a couple days later and Andrew was great with staying in contact with me, and when the car would be ready to pick up. When picking up the car Andrew was very helpful showing me the features on the car along with helping me thought the process, since it was my first time buying a new car. Kevin made the paper work process fast and easy and didn't try push me towards items I didn't want. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and will recommend Malouf Chevrolet for any friends or family looking for a new Chevy! More

Approaching the maturation of my current 2 leases, I went to a recommended dealer in Cherry Hill and had a really bad customer experience with Sales. I had researched other vehicles from different Manufacturers other than Chevy having had that bad experience. It had been my first time to Malouf and the General Manager, Joseph Mitolo and my Sales Rep, Bill Selby totally changed my Chevrolet experience. Hoping to have at least 2 decades more of vehicles coming from this dealership. These people were decent & ethical. Although this dealership was pretty large they seem to care enough about the average customer right down to Finance Manager, Kevin Szelag! Great experience. More
