We saw Melanie first, but when returned she had transferred. She was great. We then began dealing with Joe. We ended up getting our Toyota thanks to Joe!! He was wonderful! This is my 5th vehicle purchased from Berlin City. . Almost did not buy my new Rav4 because of very poor responce from dealership on my 2021 4 Runner Prem. tire failure at 1200 miles..
