A native Houstonian, Joseph brings over two decades of experience and leadership in the automotive industry. With a diverse background in music, marketing, and ministry, he began his automotive journey in 1997, selling highline American vehicles at Lincoln Mercury. His natural ability to build strong client relationships quickly established him as a trusted dealmaker. Joseph advanced his career at Lexus, where he became a top-producing sales consultant before rising through the ranks as pre-wwned sales manager and then finance manager. His expertise led to key leadership roles, including launching Park Place Auto Leasing in Houston and serving as General Sales Manager for Gillman’s Lincoln, Mercury, and Mitsubishi dealership in Rosenberg. In 2005, Joseph joined Mercedes-Benz of Greenway, where he excelled for over 16 years as a top performer in both sales and finance.

I purchased a 2021 Panamera in March 2025, I sold the car back to Porsche Sugarland in December 2025. Through conversion I was left with misunderstanding of a few vital details. Once those were explained I s back to Porsche Sugarland in December 2025. Through conversion I was left with misunderstanding of a few vital details. Once those were explained I see where Porsche of Sugarland truly were amazing. Michael Pal was my sales representative and he was always helpful in any and all issues. I was wrong in many ways due to the miscommunication of the sale in December, I want this to read with absolute praise of the entire staff at Sugarland, it is deserved. They will honor and uphold any agreements and will extend patience and understanding when things go awry. Thank you for everything! More
