My journey began at the age of 19, and by 26, I had already ascended to the role of General Sales Manager, surpassing the ambitious goals I set for myself early on. After a decade with the Gunther family, I proudly accepted the role as General Manager and Managing Partner at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep with Atlantic Coast Automotive Group. During that time, our team delivered exceptional results, reaching as high as #1 in Chrysler and Jeep sales volume in the Southeastern U.S. In October 2024, I was honored to continue my journey with Atlantic Coast by accepting a bigger challenge in Cape Coral, where in just a few short months, we have already become a top 20 volume CDJR dealership in the United States.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! , AAA TOWED IN 10/8/25 FOR DEAD BATTERY. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIND STATUS OF CAR. SENT INFO. TO CHATROOM 10/12/25 "SOMEONE" WILL CALL BACK NE , AAA TOWED IN 10/8/25 FOR DEAD BATTERY. CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIND STATUS OF CAR. SENT INFO. TO CHATROOM 10/12/25 "SOMEONE" WILL CALL BACK NEVER HAPPENED. TALKED WITH ASHLEY, TOLD ME JOSH WOULD CALL BACK. NEVER HAPPENED. MANY CALLS MADE WITH NO RESPONSE. 10/15/25 WENT TO DEALERSHIP TO FIND CAR, NO HISTORY OF CAR, M. CASTORI CHECKED COMPUTER. TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL POLICE TO REPORT STOLEN CAR. FREDDY JUST HAPPENED TO HEAR ME TALKING ABOUT LOST CAR. HE JUST HAPPENED TO FIND KEYS ON DESK WITH KEY TAG WITH MY PHONE # ON IT. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CHECK FOR CAR, CALL ME FOR INFO. FINALLY PICKED UP CAR 10/16/26. FREDDY DID GET CAR READY FOR PICK UP, WAS VERY NICE ABOUT MY ISSUES. I COULD GO ON. I CALLED RON TORRES, AFTER RECEIVING E-MAIL HOW I RATED SERVICE. Incredibly dishonest. I took my Jeep Cherokee to have the battery replaced under parts and labor warranty and I was advised that the battery cable was bad and needed repla I took my Jeep Cherokee to have the battery replaced under parts and labor warranty and I was advised that the battery cable was bad and needed replacement. I requested the old parts. I was charged $477.47. Noticing no cable was left as requested. I returned to the service manager to inquire. The battery had been replaced with no service charge as it was under warranty but I was charged for the cable parts and labor. Speaking with the tech, he admitted the cable did not need replacement and he had not done so. I requested a refund and the Assistant Service maager Ron Torres reduely refused. He stated that I should know deceptive business practices. His father was also a physician and overbilled people all the time. I informed him Not once had I ever overbilled. He threw the invoice at me and walked away. I reached out to the General Manager, Josh Clinton who refunded the service charge but refused to refund the cost of the part that was never installed.
