Ive had multiple phone messages go un/returned (this included sales, finance and service. That is rude and poor CS. I did subsequently have a very good experience with Josh and entire service center. I still have issues with calls not returned and rudeness (Sales Mgr hung up on me w/o letting me talk). It’s unfortunate there is only one Hyundai dealership in my town. Ill be grateful for service interaction and hope to not have to otherwise deal with them. More
