Northtowne was very thorough and pleasant in the sales process. My salesman Josh Danner made sure I was taken care of at all times even post sale. The service department had a hiccup with finding the corr process. My salesman Josh Danner made sure I was taken care of at all times even post sale. The service department had a hiccup with finding the correct oil filter which lead to a less than desirable waiting time. But they advised that I could come in and have it replaced free of charge to do right by their mistake. I appreciate that as a customer. More
