This is a proper bmw dealership. I travel from up north because I have difficulty trusting smaller dealerships ability to service my M cars. Certified used means nothing, so don’t waste ur money. Avoid this dealer at all cost or pay up later. Dealer misled us in buying a certified used BMW. Now, after paying extra for the comfort of a Low mil Avoid this dealer at all cost or pay up later. Dealer misled us in buying a certified used BMW. Now, after paying extra for the comfort of a Low mileage certified machine and about 3,000 miles, they tell me I bought a car w bad brakes. Wow? Worse is, they say it passed the BMW inspection at sale. What? Did their guys even look at it? If so, why didn’t they tell me so I could have made an informed decision to just buy new - from them. Now they’ve lost customer me, everybody I know, and right here demonstrated to you the truth about this dealer. Stay away or pay for it later. To the dealer I say respect is a given but trust is earned. You’ve effectively lost both. Thanks for nothing. So I have a BMW case manager now and here I am wasting time I shouldn’t have to waste More
