The salesman, Sam Delgado, was very responsive to my needs and helped me through the process with solid communication. The finance manager was very efficient and didn't try selling me on all the option needs and helped me through the process with solid communication. The finance manager was very efficient and didn't try selling me on all the option for warranties/extras - which I didn't want. I paid cash, so we didn't have to work financing details. The car was wonderfully detailed - as a used car it looked nearly new. I live in the Cincinnati area, but my next Honda just might be purchased at White even though they are 2 hours away. (But I do get to Lima frequently...so...might as well go to a great dealer!) More
