I live in Southeast Michigan, and I was searching online at dealers in Michigan and Ohio for a used Honda Pilot. I located several at White's Honda of Lima. Upon my phone call and several visits, the sales staff was extremely helpful and considerate in providing test drives, review of documentations and selections of used cars. When a new vehicle appeared for sale, I was immediately sent a short video of the vehicle taken by the salesperson to answer some of my questions. When I purchased the car, the process was courteous and professional without any hard selling. Because I was out of state, we concluded paperwork online with Docusign. My 2022 Pilot with 51,000 miles was delivered with brand new tires, wheel alignment, major fluid changes, major inspections, a new battery and all open Honda recalls completed. The car was detailed and clean as a whistle. I was very pleased with this level of care and service. A big thank you to the staff at White's Honda of Lima, in particular Lucas, Robb, Troy and Max. The finance manager was very efficient and didn't try selling me on all the option needs and helped me through the process with solid communication. The car was wonderfully detailed - as a used car it looked nearly new. I live in the Cincinnati area, but my next Honda just might be purchased at White even though they are 2 hours away.
