The issue is still not resolved. I understand that the bottleneck is now at the dmv. I was to receive a call today with an update however it has not happened as yet. I purchased this vehicle as an RI resident and am not sure your ppl were familiar with the process based on RI requirements. The result is I still am not road worthy after more than two months.
I have have not received an offer to help with my transport given the situation. Overall just very disappointed in the service.
I think your team should visit Inskip to see how they take care of customers. Lexus is more than just the cars

This issue have been resolved satisfactorily. Dealership management reached out and tried to make things right. Understood that some extenuating circumstances led to my bad experience, however I must empathize the importance of communicating this to the customer in future. In the end I got a great car at a fair price and I just glad to move forward.
