I have been at Mtn View Ford Lincoln since September 2007 and have just now begun my continued journey with our Hyundai store in the Finance department. I'm married to my wonderful wife April since 2010. We have one son Hudson born in August of 2016.

After reviewing your repair order, it appears there was some confusion between the recall service and the additional diagnostic inspection that you requested while your vehicle was here. Recalls are performed at no charge; however, any separate diagnostics requested to check for other issues—such as the oil leak—do include a standard diagnostic fee.
