This was the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Dennis. Love the fact they looked up my sales rep and let me work with him again. I ended up purchasing a new Sportage with all options I desired. No pressure to purchase vs. lease. When I picked up my new vehicle, he went over the options and answered any and all my questions. Brandon was very easy to work with, and was forthcoming about my options for what I was looking for. I handled this the transaction in non-traditional way: my husband did all of the leg work for me and the about my options for what I was looking for. This is because I typically dislike the car purchase/lease process so much that I want zero part of it. Brandon was understanding and flexible and the overall experience was very good. I feel like I have a great vehicle with pretty much all I want or need in it for a reasonable payment. Kudos to Brandon, for making the process much better than usual. My husband and I would both work with him again in the future. More
