As a women, I dreaded the prospect of looking for a new car. My past dealership experiences had left me feeling taken advantage of and or not taken seriously. Josh Urlich was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I never felt under pressure or uncomfortable. Josh did a great job listening to and answering all questions I had. I also want to let the dealership know how pleasant my experience was in the financing department. While I know David was in training, he did an excellent job at making me comfortable. I had previously worked with Josh Ulrich when he helped me sell my 2007 Honda Shadow when he worked in motorsports. At the time of the sale and when everything was complete he let me know that he would be me sell my 2007 Honda Shadow when he worked in motorsports. At the time of the sale and when everything was complete he let me know that he would be transferring to the New Honda show room, just feet away. Great idea!!! Josh is friendly, helpful and kept me stress free from the previous sale, that I decided to revisit Josh months later and give him a sale. I am no stranger to Dave Mungenast because my mom has bought a honda accord from them, 2 of them to be exact, a 2000 civic, and in 2002 she helped me purchase my civic. I returned that one when I came in last May 2009 to get a new CRV, and I LOVE it!!! Josh went through all the particulars of course and helped me decide what would be better for myself and my daughter who is 3 now. He got me a great deal, and when I took it by my moms house she was pretty jealous, ok..pretty excited but none of the less happy that I had stuck with honda.
