I had the best car buying experience here with Rich and Josh. Rich was super knowledgeable and helpful. Not once did I feel pressured. He made sure my car was all set up and I was enrolled in everything before I left the lot. He showed me all of the features of my car and made sure I didn't need anything else or have any questions. Josh helped me set up the financing on my car and he was absolutely great to work with as well; he made sure that I got a warranty that fit my needs while also being a payment that I was comfortable with. He answered all of my questions, and I feel like I got a great deal on my new car. Everyone on the Curry Honda staff was so friendly and I would absolutely recommend people to come here. People get pressured by their selling dealer's finance dept. to buy an extended warranty from them, at a major markup. But Curry sells so many on-line, in person and over the phone, they can offer a HUGE savings. Josh is awesome to work with on buying, canceling these Honda Care warranties and makes it so easy. We will continue to buy Honda Care from Josh at Curry Honda Chicopee. The latest was my mom's CRV Hybrid last week. All done over phone, email. Such great service and savings.
