They don’t back up their words My lease on my Honda CRV expired in January so I thought I would go with Brown’s Honda of Arlington. I received and accepted a new lease agreement for My lease on my Honda CRV expired in January so I thought I would go with Brown’s Honda of Arlington. I received and accepted a new lease agreement for a 2019 Honda H-RV with a statement from the salesman that the mileage from the previous lease would be waved. Imagine my surprise when Honda sends me a bill for over $700 for that excess mileage! When I contacted the sales department at Brown’s Honda to enquire why this bill was not paid I was told that Brown’s would not honor that agreement because the salesman made an error. This dealership’s policy,apparently, is that the customer is always wrong. They WILL NOT make amends for their mistakes. So, approach this dealership cautiously because you cannot take them by their word. I would give them no stars if I could. More

Ask for Josh G. I recently purchased a 2019 HRV from Brown's. Josh, my salesman, made it go as smoothly as possible. I was sad to see my trusty previous Honda go, so I recently purchased a 2019 HRV from Brown's. Josh, my salesman, made it go as smoothly as possible. I was sad to see my trusty previous Honda go, so he took my picture of me with it, and even noticed I had forgotten to remove my EZPass transponder from it (phew!). He was able to answer all my questions about the new car, but was not pushy at any step of the process. And he helped me make it out the door with my new car in time to attend a previously-scheduled event. While I am hoping to have the new car for a good long time, if Josh is still at Brown's by then, I would certainly work with him again. More
