They changed the intrest rate i agreed to and signed by 1.5% once I got the paperwork home the next day, i releized the swap. Also just found out the vans AC does not work even though thay "garrenteed" it did. My experience from the start. the sales person was fine, I went in knowing the exact car I wanted and had my ducks in a row as far as financing. My credit score was 843 going in they confirmed quickly that was accurate. After I test drove, I decided I wanted to purchase, I made my down payment, and it still took over 4 1/2 hours! And I still didn't have the Van, they told me to come back the next day, and the van would be ready, all I would have to do is show ID and get the key. I communicated to them I would pick the key up around 2:30-3:00, they said that it would be ready. I got dropped off right at 3:00 and they made me wait another 1 and 15min making me late to pick up my kids causing me to pay an emergency fee. I finally got the van and noticed a rip in the back seat that I didn't see before, and was told it was always there when I asked about the back door not closing they said the same. When i got home is when I noticed the change to the intrest rate. I wanted to return the van but the ice hit and pushed me past the 7day period. I spoke with the customer care team and they were little help, they said they were going to send me some gift card because of my experience and i have yet to receive anything. On top of all of the, I just turned the Ac on and it doesn't work. This dealership is a scam. If I could return the van today I would, so much for their 180 point inspection. Would no recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. More

I am 62, so I’ve been around awhile, and I have to say this was the best car shopping experience, I have ever had in my life. First of all, the facility is amazing, and very big! During my time there, several sales people, and managers came up and greeted me, and asked about my experience there. Best of all, my salesman Joshua McKay, I felt went above, and beyond to get me the best value, and kept me exactly where my budget needed to be. He was just great to work with, all around. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop, and will be asking for Joshua again. You guys are awesome! More
