Professional and Determined. Josh said he was going to work harder than anyone to get what I needed and he did. Along with his VP I was able to get a vehicle that had everything Josh said he was going to work harder than anyone to get what I needed and he did. Along with his VP I was able to get a vehicle that had everything I had asked for, from AWD to staying in a comfortable payment they sure pulled through for me. Usually it can be a stressful process but Josh was able to keep the entire process stress free. I appreciate that he listened to what I needed, what I can afford and what I was capable of putting down without creating a financial overload on my part. But mainly coming up with a plan in helping me improve my credit was a plus. This is probably the first time I've ever had someone thinking outside of the box and being upfront in what I can do as a customer to get the dream car later in the future. I really appreciate that. Thank you to Josh and the entire team including the driver that picked him up after dropping off my vehicle. Lots of thanks!!! Definitely would come back to Josh for an upgrade in the future. More

Tire sensor fix would have been nice if it was faster. Could have checked before the test drive. Had a couple days to do it.the extended warranty could have been explained a little more clearly. It was great that I was able to buy the car through text communication, though there were times when I didn’t have enough information and it felt like a scam. I was asked for a debit card, then wiring infor communication, though there were times when I didn’t have enough information and it felt like a scam. I was asked for a debit card, then wiring information without seeing any financing documentation or other records proving that I was speaking with a legitimate dealership. Then there was no tracking number for the documents even after I sent my deposit. Couple things that could be cleaned up. More
