Just ask the service writer what’s needed and when you assume it will be done. Not possible with this dealership. Tried for 3 days. I wanted to fly in and buy the truck. After the poor answers, I’m doubtful for the numbers and the delivery. FOR A HIGHLINE store you should be ashamed. Reason I went to you was my expectation was if they’re dealing with highline customers they got a process… NOPE.. I gave up today.. thx More

First I want to say I have nothing but praise for this dealership and the people working here. I had my Audi in for service. They were to fix what seemed like an easy oil leak. Several visits and about dealership and the people working here. I had my Audi in for service. They were to fix what seemed like an easy oil leak. Several visits and about two months later the car is working great. It turned out to be a very difficult leak to find and almost as difficut a repair process to fix it. Personally this was the hardest problem i have ever had with a car. At the end of the day Mr. Contratto never gave up and the car is running great. When I could not reach Mr Contratto, Che Shaydak was always available and always gave me a straight answer. He is a very honest man. My next car will definately be an Audi. If would have been easier and cheaper for them to just give me my money back and wish me good luck. They did the right thing and you can trust them will your money. This place is a gem for the Suburban collection. More

Unorganized location in Farmington hills. I love my vehicle but it sucks getting any service at this place. I scheduled and a oil change and reserved a loaner a month in advance, just for me to arrive vehicle but it sucks getting any service at this place. I scheduled and a oil change and reserved a loaner a month in advance, just for me to arrive and they don’t have a vehicle available. Now I’m late for work, inconvenienced on gas and I still have to return for an oil change. Keep in mind I needed my oil changed a week ago but they said 9/24 was the soonest loaner available. I’m so upset and will be avoiding service here at all cost!! More

My wife brought the truck in for a serious service issue My wife brought the truck in for a serious service issue regarding the trasmission dangerius, to drive only to be told the by the sercice mechanic h My wife brought the truck in for a serious service issue regarding the trasmission dangerius, to drive only to be told the by the sercice mechanic he couldnt detect anything regardless there was no loaner vehicle to use...on the way home she almost got in an accident!....we took it to another audi dealer and they handled the situation professionally,found a serious issue and had a loaner car. I have leased seveeal cars from Audi FH in the past...however you lost my business...1 star or it wouldnt submit More
