I felt comfortable and Josh helped keep my 10 yr old daughters ADHD from going bonkers. My brother said he gets all his vehicles through Russ Darrow and he is a business owner. Now, my parents may need help from Russ Darrow to help with their situation. I can't thank Josh or the rest of the crew for helping me out. Being on a fixed income, disabled, 53 yrs old, single parent with a 10 yr old special needs child is very tough. I needed a stable vehicle and I drove away with one.

I apologize for the less than perfect experience. Buying a car can be overwhelming, and i apologize the cadence left you feeling taken advantage of. We strive for everybody to have a complete understanding of the documents that you sign. Please stop in and Rob will go over the documents with you again, and we can make sure he gives you a copy of each document as he goes over it. If you still have trouble understanding i will sit in as well and see if i can clear anything up. If there are any mistakes or if you did not want a service contract for your vehicle, we can make sure you are refunded 100%. If you wanted to stop in please do anytime.
