The dealership has outstanding sales and service personnel. The staff goes above and beyond to be sure you are comfortable while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. Louie kept me up to date throughout the day on the status of my vehicle service. The dealership would have gotten 5 stars but when scheduling the appointment, the scheduler said a courtesy vehicle would not be available until a specific date which I agreed to take that date as the service would be all day and possibly into the next day. when I arrived, i was advised that no courtesy vehicle was available so I sat in the lounge most of the day. I live 2 hours away from the dealership. Fortunately the service was completed by end of day. More
