I have a rating of 3 because I had to come back 2 days
later after my oil change because there was a oil leak on my garage floor. That trip caused me to have to sit at the dealership twice as long as the

Now I have to clean up an oil spot, not a small one, where I didn't have any spots on my garage floor before. I'm not mad, just disappointed in the extra time wasted and a clean up job I don't need.

The week before christmas my alternator went out also had

a exhaust leak and asked for an oil change, when dropped off my 2020 ram 1500 i wrote down alternator not working, exhaust manifold leak and oil change, when the back order part showed up 2 1/2 months later , yes 2 1/2 months waiting for part , i pick up my truck with new alternator, exhaust manifold had not been fixed and no oil change! talked to someone a least once a week for the 2 1/2 months and still has exhaust leak and no oil change was done !
