Hello, my name is Josiah. I have been in the automotive industry my whole life, but professionally since 2014. I started off as a lube tech doing oil changes to becoming a line technician that rebuilt engines and diagnosed customer complaints. Then I left the automotive industry to help my wife start a business, where I experienced firsthand customer relations and responsibilities. I have now found myself coming back to my roots in the automotive field where I understand an enjoy what I do.

My front window was broke during survive and dealership refused to help me at all just said it is t there problem and to use my insurance. General manager refuses to even call me after multiple voice mails refused to help me at all just said it is t there problem and to use my insurance. General manager refuses to even call me after multiple voice mails, and waiting there in person while she refused to leave her office while letting the service manager who is an xxxxxxx deal with it. Will never go back to this dealership ever again. And won’t recommend friends to purchase 100k trucks from them More
