I love this dealership! I purchased my first Subaru here 3 years ago. I am a Toyota convert. Just made a recent trade purchase after only planning on going in for an oil cha I purchased my first Subaru here 3 years ago. I am a Toyota convert. Just made a recent trade purchase after only planning on going in for an oil change. Process went smoothly, never have I ever felt pressured into doing something I wasn't comfortable with. One of the few remaining businesses where they make the customer feel valued. Staff is always friendly and courteous whether you are coming in for an oil change or purchasing a vehicle. Thank you for being my go-to dealership in SW Florida. More

Everyone at Subaru Naples made the experience pleasant and easy. Josselyne was out main contact and she was always available and quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and to just follow up and and easy. Jack DeVoe gave excellent instructions on the use of our new car and how to work the technology. The service group reached out and introduced themselves to us, and helped us to order a cargo mat, and the form and document part was easier than it ever has been for us. Excellent service and, again, highly recommend Josselyne for her professionalism combined with her great personality. More
