I would select 0 stars if it was an option. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with from the salesperson (Alan Denhoed) to the service department. They lack knowledge which creates confusion for the customer, they lie about agreements made with the customer and do not honor those agreements even if you have it in writing from them. They are lazy and when they screw up they blame it on the customer instead of stepping up and fixing the issue. They never want to make a wrong situation right if it costs them money. They are astonishingly cheap in those situations but expensive for everything they do. I bought 2 brand new F150 Lariats from them in the last 7 years and they both were highly regrettable experiences. The latest purchase experience was the one that broke the camel's back. Corwin Ford will never get another dime from me and I will steer everybody I know away from that dealership until the day I die. More

Corwin Ford has to be the worst dealership in the country! They do not know what they are doing in the sales department or in the Quick Lane and their lack of knowledge always get passed onto the cus country! I have bought 2 new F150's over the last 7 years from them and it has been a nightmare experience. Needless to say, I am done with this dealership and will take my business elsewhere in the future.
