Brittany was wonderful! I came in since I was interested in a used car I'd seen on the website. She listened sympathetically to my whole story of needing a new car ASAP. I liked the car on the test drive; she explained how all the functions of how the car worked. She took care of all the details, dealing with my insurance, etc., working out payment, and returning the rental I came in (all the way from Westchester Cty) so that I'd be able to drive it home. I took a friend along with me, who commented on how stressed I was at the beginning of the day and how much calmer I was when we went home. My whole 'search & acquisition' took about 24 hours. I've never concluded a car purchase that quickly; this was truly amazing. More
