Years of problematic practices in their service departments. Rude behaviors with my mistreatment and my special needs daughter brought to tears. REALLY!!! Not even rated on Better Business Bureau, makes sense now. Sad that we live in a climate where breaking the law and screwing people over is now considered the norm. From the highest level in our government, fraud is what is considered normal business practices. Laws and our countries constitution means nothing. Breaking the law is now common practice and the response, “Go ahead and sue me…” God Bless America!!!! More

I had a great buying experience at GWF. I flew in from Ohio to purchase a 2022 F150 that they had listed online. They went out of their way to accommodate me and even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport 40 minutes away. I arrived at the dealership to find that the truck was in great condition and was exactly as it was described online. For me, the bottom line isn't always the best deal. I have to feel good about who I'm handing my money to. I walked away from another deal simply because the sales rep came off as super shady and was not someone I wanted to do business with. That said, everyone I worked with at George Wall Ford were straight-up solid dudes and were exactly the kind of guys you wouldn't mind grabbing a beer with after work. Given the opportunity, I would definitely buy from GWF again. Shout out to Juan, Brian, Gio and Freddy. Thanks guys, I appreciate everything! More
