Tried to have work done on my Truck at this location, but the body shop and service center are not honest, their employees don't follow up, or follow through, everything they tell you will be a lie. This is my 4th BMW but my first BMW purchased from a non BMW dealer and Koon's staff exceeded my expectations. I purchased a 2013 BMW fully loaded with a sports package and I love this car. I was surprised to see that they had a wide variety of luxury vehicles to choose from. Listened to where we were at financially and met us at a place that left us happy. Help us negotiate what the options we had through the somewhat murky details of financing incentives that are available. I would recommend Koons to other people. Also if you head out there during the summer weekends they grill out food too so thats appreciated. More
