However, my experience with the finance department was disappointing. I understand that the finance side needs to make money, but Juan’s approach was far too obvious and uncomfortable. The loan term was changed without clear notification, and the focus was heavily placed on monthly payment rather than transparency. The overall atmosphere felt unpleasant and pressured. I genuinely enjoyed working with the sales team, but the finance experience negatively affected my overall impression. While I would like to consider Hyundai of Auburn again in the future, my experience with the finance department makes me hesitate. More
