as soon as my daughter and i arrived at the dealership ,we were greeted with a firm hndshake and eye contact. there were two dealers standing outside and we were waiting to see which one would be our host ,we were greeted with a firm hndshake and eye contact. there were two dealers standing outside and we were waiting to see which one would be our host. we normally work with luis but greggs genuine acceptance of our solicitation was what won us over. throughout the whole process , he knew what we were looking for and where we wanted to stay payment wise. no haggling or using salesmen tactics for us to budge. chad didnt try to offer us under coatings or insurances we didnt need. awesome job. i definately will be back.
