I have now leased two vehicles with Pacifico Mazda, Juan (JP) was super helpful and very friendly. He was never push-y and was able to accommodate most of requests via text or phone ahead of time to help li (JP) was super helpful and very friendly. My one and only complaint about this dealership (which is not a reflection of JP or his service) is that for the second time, I have been able to leave with the vehicle, but have to return on another day in order to complete the financing/sales portion. It's inconvenient and frustrating. More
