Bought a used Suberban from them on a Wednesday,
transmission went out on Sunday, it took until Tuesday to get it towed, was told it wasn’t going through the warrantee because it wasn’t set up yet,

They looked at it, told me I needed a new transmission, and that they were sending it to a GM dealer, I contacted the GM dealer, they never heard about my car. Finally shows up at GM dealer, they confirm I need a new transmission. They tell me they need Arrowhead to approve the work, I call arrowhead and was told the email was just sent giving them permission. GM dealer calls me back this afternoon saying now they want to warrantee the repair which due to the warrantee company having to send an adjuster and do all of their paperwork, that will take at very least another week, most likely 2. We are a make a wish family, my son for his gift wanted a golf cart to ride in, he absolutely loves it, we bought the Suburban to be able to tow it around, I’ve had to cancel a weekend trip with him twice now because they keep outright lying to me. Now they’re offering a bigger loaner, after I’ve cancelled the trip twice, I told them the way to make this right would be for them to approve the work to be done, they state they won’t, that it must run through the warrantee company, lies lies lies. Avoid this dealership at all cost, they don’t stand behind their products, and every person you deal with will lie to you.
