Well, first off I should have been told the sales team was in a trailer. Second, the car was not ready when I arrived - I waited for 10-15 minutes for them to find it. I asked for photos of the outside ru was in a trailer. Second, the car was not ready when I arrived - I waited for 10-15 minutes for them to find it. I asked for photos of the outside rust or damages. The photo did not include the damage, found out when I got there. They send photos for one side of the car, leaving the damaged side out. Shifty sales. Test drive was fine. Things need to be fixed before I can pick-up the car - which was supposed to be yesterday or today. No update from the dealership... AND I said I wanted to negotiate the price. Sales person filled out some paperwork, asked me to sign. And I said I wanted to talk to John and he said, "yes - John go through that with you next". WRONG. I was left in a room, called when the paperwork was already put through and ready to sign. I told that to the financer. She said we would have to start the paperwork all over because she wasn't aware of any negotiations happening. John conveniently shows up when I am walking out after signing something I wasn't happy with. He knew that was underhanded and acted like it was a surprise. I was so tired and beyond and the dealership was closing. I bought the car. But I feel like I was shoved through a sale. And I don't know why you keep asking me to rate Angela David. I have no idea who that is. More
