We bought a used 2015 GMC Yukon XL from this dealership. Staff was personable and helpful. However, several things that we discussed / were promised-- were not delivered . 1.) remote start -- told that Staff was personable and helpful. However, several things that we discussed / were promised-- were not delivered . 1.) remote start -- told that it was working -- it is not; 2.) steering column makes a squeaky sound -- was told this was fixed - its not; 3.) although we agreed to the price --we paid too much -- in retrospect we should have asked for a lower price and now feel like we got a bad deal -- as the repairs that are needed are far more expensive than anticipated initially -- this was a trade in vehicle -- they could have done a lot better on the price than they did -- typical dealer playing hard ball when they know you like the car; 4.) both times we came to drive the car initially-- the car was not ready / warmed up -- snow removed for us to drive it -- not until we came to buy it finally was it waiting for us. We still like the vehicle -- but feel like we overpaid for sure when the dealer likely had lots more room to move . They did very little to "earn" our business or loyalty overall and we have buyers remorse because of the needed repairs, thus the low rating. More

Julie has an awesome personality and was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at.
