I purchased a brand-new 2019 Jeep Compass, and the nightmare began within the first week. The vehicle was immediately back in the shop due to a radio failure, which also caused the heat and air condit nightmare began within the first week. The radio has since been replaced four times, and each replacement took over a month to arrive—one instance took nearly three months, leaving me without a properly functioning vehicle for an extended period. In addition to the radio issues, the radiator and related engine components have been replaced multiple times, along with numerous other engine problems. At this point, the vehicle is clearly faulty. What makes this situation far worse is the service department in Paramus. Their customer service is beyond unacceptable. Calls go unanswered, updates are rarely provided, and when staff claim something has been completed, it often turns out to be untrue. Even the extended warranty company has acknowledged that this dealership is problematic, citing poor communication and lack of follow-through. My car has now been with them for almost two weeks, with no clear timeline, no reliable updates, and no accountability. I am currently without a vehicle. I have since discovered many similar complaints from other customers, which confirms this is not an isolated incident. Jeep also has active recalls, adding to serious concerns about reliability and safety. This has been a deeply frustrating and exhausting experience. The vehicle itself has been a major disappointment, but the customer service has been absolutely disgraceful. I will never buy a car at this dealer again. Buyer beware. I strongly caution future customers before purchasing a Jeep or dealing with this service department. Unless you like to be challenged, annoyed. More

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I don't know how they're still in business, especially with Milton the sales manager who is horrendous. I had the worst buying experience ever there. Between the xxxxxxx sales manager and the dope of a salesman. I went to take a Jeep grand Cherokee for a test drive. The salesman told me to stop at the gas station and put $5 of gas in the tank. This was crazy and extremely unprofessional to me. After going back to purchase the truck. I was told that there was 2 people in front of me for the finance department and to come back at 7 o'clock. I went back at 6:45. They gave me the runaround and stalled. The finance lady told me that she told the salesman to call me and to go back another day because she was too backed up. The salesman Jimmy Jackson did not call me. I was at the dealership until 11 o'clock pm. As I was talking to the finance lady, they were trying to charge me a window etching charge. This was a used vehicle and that charge was already paid for. She called the sales manager, Milton. He told her " make the deal, don't make the deal. I don't give a xxxx. I'm tired and I wanna go home". Because of their incompetence, I was there until 11 PM at night and they made it seem like it was my fault that they were there that late when it was in fact their own fault. The salesman Jimmy Jackson also promised me a second key as they only had one key. This was of course, another lie. He also asked me for a ride to the bus stop. This dealership is extremely unprofessional and not willing to work with their customers. Buying a car should be somewhat fun, with this dealership It was nothing but aggravating. I would stay very far away from this dealership. There's plenty of other dealerships that will treat you fairly. This is definitely not one of them. I should have listened to the reviews that I read. I'm writing this review to inform people so they do not have the same terrible experience that I had. Customer care is useless. Any complaint falls on deaf ears. This place is a xxxx hole. I would run very fast and far. More

I purchased a Grand Cherokee used with 13K miles at this dealership. Perfect condition. After 18 months I noticed there were spots on the edge of the hood where the paint was bubbling. A google search revealed this to be a common problem. I called the Chrysler/Jeep main customer service number and they created a warranty ticket. They said take it back to the dealership for "diagnosis and images". The xxxxxxx head service manager told me that I needed to keep the vehicle in their body shop for 4 to 5 WEEKS in order for them to go through their "process". WHAT A SCAM! They will do anything to turn off a customer and avoid warranty work. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOYTHER JEEP AGAIN! More
