Traded in my existing car for a new car. Had complications with new car (gas to electric) and asked if there were any options of switching cars. Was told no, then 4 days later asked what car Had complications with new car (gas to electric) and asked if there were any options of switching cars. Was told no, then 4 days later asked what car I would want, then eventually got told no again. Very disheartening, I had come to grips with keeping the car after the first no and felt like I had hope to get another car. More
