Marc, the Service Manager, I’ve had the pleasure of helping me with my fourth Volvo purchased from this dealership. I have been purchasing Volvos approx. every four yrs. from this dealership. I prefer helping me with my fourth Volvo purchased from this dealership. I have been purchasing Volvos approx. every four yrs. from this dealership. I prefer all my Volvo business interactions from Volvo of Oak Park. I finally found my perfect match in terms of a Sales Professional, Mr. Jimmy Hanson (former Sales Mgr.) Jimmy has interacted with me on 3 sales purchases and I won’t buy any other Volvos unless Jimmy (hopefully) is assisting me or my spouse. Everyone that I’ve interacted/communicated with at this dealership over the years have been very professional and friendly; they’ve all treated me, and my spouse, like a customer—and a human being. Hats off and Kudos to the owner, GM , and everyone at this dealership (since 2014 for me)!!! More

Car was returned clean but work not completed Service person explained the issues and gave me options for bringing car back for a sensor problem for unlocking doors while I was on a tight schedule Service person explained the issues and gave me options for bringing car back for a sensor problem for unlocking doors while I was on a tight schedule he did not have a loaner car available - I guess it’s ok I bring back to dealer. Car was returned pretty clean and tire monitor was calibrated. More

It's without a doubt the best service department I've used in the last forty years: clean, well-maintai I've been coming here for more than ten years. It's without a doubt the best service department I've used in the last forty years: clean, well-maintained, efficient, punctual, reliable. Marc Kubil runs a very tight ship! Based on my experience with other dealers/service departments, I'm more than happy to take the time to drive fifteen miles to get there, wait till the job is done, and drive fifteen miles back. If it takes too long to wait, they've given me a loaner so I can drive home and return the next day. M More
