While en route to Excelsior Springs on Saturday, my moonroof stuck in the open position. Once we arrived at The Elms Hotel I googled Ford dealerships and called Chuck Anderson Ford. The nicest young ma moonroof stuck in the open position. Once we arrived at The Elms Hotel I googled Ford dealerships and called Chuck Anderson Ford. The nicest young man answered and assured me they would take a look at it. They diagnosed the problem as a broken track and were able to cover the opening and securely tape it to prevent any water leakage. While waiting in their customer lounge, we all commented “this kind of quick, efficient service would never happen in Kansas City “. Thank you, Justice. More
