It would be helpful if the questions had a "Not applicable" option as in my case some were "Not applicable". I thought Justin Black was very helpful and willing to find out answers to my questions applicable" option as in my case some were "Not applicable". The entire process could have been quicker as I was certain I knew what I wanted before starting conversations with Justin. I did not feel pressured to accept any terms or look at any vehicles I did not want. I only visited this one dealership and did not have to go to any other dealerships, plus it was close enough for me to walk there. So, overall I did not have to spend much time purchasing a vehicle. This was the third vehicle I purchased at this dealership, although the previous two were under the Axelrod Pontiac name. I would recommend Justin to any prospective buyers. More
