I drove to the service department because my 2019 Dodge Ram had possible damage to the differential. I was greeted by Service Advisor Justin Shockley, who checked and verified my vehicle was still under w Ram had possible damage to the differential. I was greeted by Service Advisor Justin Shockley, who checked and verified my vehicle was still under warranty. Justin seemed like a knowledgeable and trustworthy individual. His friendly and competent attitude made me feel at ease and I decided to leave my truck there for repairs. My truck was repaired within two days and I am extremely satisfied by the results. Justin and the service team did excellent work. More

My first experience with Beck was for service on my 2019 Wrangler Rubicon and I’ll definitely be back. I also have a 2022 Gladiator and we’re going to be bringing both to Beck from now on. dealer installed recalled parts and charged me $5700 but should be free based on VIP summary report that was left in my vehicle. I will be filing BBB and consumer reports and try to recoup labor that shoul should be free based on VIP summary report that was left in my vehicle. I will be filing BBB and consumer reports and try to recoup labor that should have never been charged. I took vehicle to dealer first stating possible recall and was told my vehicle wouldn't qualify and would cost 10-13k. VIP summary report states the serial numbers of transfer case unit in recall that were in my jeep. Summary report states I should not have been charged labor fees. More
