Sales team pushed for the sale of the 2017 edge. Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and takin Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and taking in for them something has changed. The lastest is they want to charge us for a rental now that the vehicle is being serviced for a flex plate recall. Since they don’t have any rental vehicles for us they are out sourcing the rental and I still have to pay for it and also the extra costs for it because it isn’t from ford itself but from enterprise. Then told that no one in the area has a rental available so they will have to reschedule the appointment which was already pushed back when I arrived at the dealership. I will be suing ewald if the issue causes any accidents. They have failed on all levels and will no longer receive my support. More

After seeing an ad on the web from Ewald Ford in Hartford and afternoon calling to verify the escape I was interested in and driving 80 miles round trip and two hours of my time. The price they had on this v and afternoon calling to verify the escape I was interested in and driving 80 miles round trip and two hours of my time. The price they had on this vehicle on the net was not correct the 24,443 they could not sell It to me for they wanted almost 29,000 dollars and said it was a mistake. And could not sell me the car for that. They said that’s why we have a disclaimer at the bottom of our site stating we don’t have to honor the pricing. Sounds like bait and switch to me ??? Maybe instead of the management sitting around doing nothing they should watch their own website for mistakes or so called mistakes on prices. More

Very accommodating Justin was very thorough in helping us find a used F-150 Super Cab with low miles. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful when you are older and living on a fixed budget, but the service we received made the experience very doable. Thanks More
